"Customer service really wasn’t helpful"
I had a frustrating time trying to get help from beesnthings.com. I sent a couple of messages, and it felt like nobody really read what I was saying, like really read it. The replies were short, short and not very useful, and nothing actually got fixed.
When I followed up again, it took ages to hear back, and even then I still didn’t get a clear answer. I understand shops get busy, I do, but basic customer service shouldn’t feel this difficult. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless they seriously improve how they handle customers

"Pretty good overall, I think I’d buy again"
I ordered a couple things from Bees N Things, the quality seems solid. Everything looked like the photos and felt well made, at least from what I can tell so far. One small piece had a tiny rough edge, so it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it also wasn’t a big deal. For the price, I’m happy with what I got and I’d probably order from them again.

The shipping was so frustrating. My order showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. The stuff itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery experience? What a joke

The product itself was fine, but the box showed up looking wonky and messy, like it had been packed in a rush. I reached out to support, and the reply felt like a copy-paste response that didn’t really address what I said, which was frustrating.

"Personalization Was Embarrassing"
I ordered a personalized item as a gift, and somehow the name came out wrong even though I double-checked what I entered. It was kind of embarrassing when I realized it, especially since I had been excited to give it to someone. Getting it sorted out took longer than expected, and by the end it just felt like way more hassle than it was worth
